Welcome to Underground Apparel (“UA”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or purchasing from our website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.

1) Use of the Site

• Use the Site only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
• Do not disrupt or interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools (bots/scrapers) to collect data.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or attempt to use another person’s account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the involvement of a parent/guardian.

2) Product Information & Intellectual Property

• All products, designs, images, copy, and other content are owned by UA and protected by intellectual property laws.
• We strive for accuracy, but actual product colors, textures, or finishes may vary due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.
• Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change without prior notice.

3) Orders & Payment

• Provide accurate details and ensure the payment method is valid and authorized.
• Prices are shown in Philippine Peso (₱). Shipping/delivery fees (if any) are displayed at checkout.
• You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout. A contract is formed when we send a shipping confirmation.
• We may refuse or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, payment issues, or errors in pricing/product details.

4) Delivery

• We aim to deliver within the timelines indicated at checkout, but exact dates are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery at the address you provide. Please ensure delivery details are accurate and someone can receive the order.

5) Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• Order cancellation: Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
• Return window: You may request a return within 7 days of receipt only if the item is defective/damaged upon arrival or incorrect in size/style.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in saleable condition.
• Change of mind: Not accepted due to the nature of our products.
• How to start: Email sales@uaworldwide.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos (including unboxing if available). Approved returns may be refunded or exchanged depending on stock.

6) Faulty or Damaged Products

• If an item is confirmed defective, we will replace it or issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Defects do not include damage from misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear.

7) User Content & Community

• By tagging @undergroundapparelofficial or using our campaign hashtags, you grant UA a non-exclusive right to repost and feature your content across our channels with credit to your handle.
• You confirm you own the rights to shared content and it does not infringe third-party rights. You can request removal by contacting us.

8) Privacy & Communications

Using the Site means you agree to our Privacy Policy. We may contact you via email/SMS regarding orders, service updates, and UA news you opt into.

9) Disclaimer & Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, UA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of the Philippines.
